Here's a sneak peek at some of the magic I've created! From apps that do everything but your laundry to systems smarter than your average robot, these projects are what I've been cooking up.

Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
Led a team of 10 to deliver complex software implementations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Department of
Transportation regulations for electronic logging.
Tech Stack:

Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)
Researched and developed, a first in Japan! full automation of transportation operations at a lodging facility using
unmanned delivery robots during COVID-19, a WebRTC application to stream Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)
camera feeds to a vue.js-based web application. Utilized WebRTC, Janus Gateway, Android, Python, and Nvidia
Jetson Nano for efficient real-time video data streaming.
Tech Stack:

Fleet Management System (FMS)
Led the development of a cloud-based SaaS telematics platform that integrated real-time data from various IoT
devices for fleet management system (FMS). Processessing GPS and sensor data for over 5000 vehicles, and integrates live camera video streams.
Managed a global client base of over 20 organizations across Japan, the USA, and India, coordinating
cross-functional teams and delivering solutions that meet high-performance and scalability requirements
Tech Stack:

IM-830 IoT Device
Spearheading the firmware development of the IM-830 product, a low-powered IoT device with advanced features
including GPS, LTE, 4G, and various sensors. Utilized technologies such as C, FOTA, AWS S3, Python, Kibana,
Nordic Semiconductor NCS 1.9.1, nrf9160 SoC, and various communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, TCP,
UDP, HTTPS).

Okica Business Web App
Developed a react-based web application to manage OKICA IC card-related business, enabling seamless payments
for Yui Rail and Bus service in Okinawa, Japan.
Tech Stack:

AWS IVR Payment System
Led the development of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payment system, collaborating with Group companies
to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Managed the project using AWS services and Python, including
AWS Connect, DynamoDB, S3, Secrets Manager, Lambda, SNS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and Boto3 SDK, to
optimize and streamline payment processes.

GTFS (General Transit Feed Specification) Editor
Developed a react-based web app GTFS Editor to manage public
transportation schedules and geographic information, streamlining the publication and consumption of transit data
through a standardized format.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) Taxi Driver App
Developed an Android application that enables taxi drivers to view real-time AI-based taxi demand forecasts on
their in-car devices, and also collaborated on designing the architecture and building both the Android and
React-based web applications.
Tech Stack:

Automotive Taxi Driver App
Developed an Automotive Taxi Driver application platform for Android tablets, leveraging 99% Kotlin to integrate
seamlessly with the IM-870 product, optimizing taxi operations.
Tech Stack:

IP (Internet Protocol) Phone App
Developed an Android application enabling taxi drivers to make IP calls using Twilio SDK, including designing the
new architecture and implementing the app.
Tech Stack:

AR (Augmented Reality) Navigation App
Developed an AI-powered co-pilot platform that converts Android devices into a modular AR (Augmented reality)
navigation tool. Designed heads-up navigation with turn-by-turn directions and customizable objects, improving
driver safety through real-time scene classification, detection, and segmentation. Facilitated the visualization of
road features, signs, traffic lights, and critical events on a customizable map.
Tech Stack:

Report Generation of AWS Servers resource usages
Designed and automated a Resource Monitoring System for over 500 AWS cloud servers, tracking CPU,
memory, and disk utilization using Zabbix API, Python 3, Selenium, and openpyxl. Delivered scheduled
reports to IT operations, significantly reducing manual workload.

Raspberry Pi as Wifi Router
Configured a Raspberry Pi as a Wi-Fi router using hostapd + dnsmasq with nftables NAT, bridging wlan0↔eth0 to provide secure, DHCP-enabled internet access.
